STEP 1
Discovery
This step is done via Zoom or over the phone, and is all about getting to know you and your business (won’t take more than 30 mins).
We will discuss your vision and what you want to achieve from the new website. We’ll also take a look at your existing site (if you have one), and we will go through some ideas for the new site.
This initial conversation helps us understand how we can help your business and if we really are the right fit for you.
Following our initial call, we will send you a website questionnaire to fill out. This will allow us to gather additional information so we know as much as possible about your business before we start designing and building it.
STEP 2
Quote
Once we’ve gathered all your requirements, we’ll send you a proposal for our services.
Our upfront pricing covers the majority of websites unless you opt for extra pages or advanced functionality.
Once your quote is finalized, it remains unchanged, with no hidden fees or additional hours added.
Note: If you choose to integrate third-party vendors like Mailchimp, Typeform, etc, they may charge a monthly fee.
STEP 3
Design
Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are ready to proceed with us, we will start designing a mockup homepage for you to review.
This is the moment for your valuable feedback and any desired revisions.
This is the step where we make sure you are completely happy with the design.
STEP 4
Onboarding
Reaching this step means that you are happy with the design and have decided to proceed with our web design services.
At this point, a 50% initial payment is essential.
Both parties will then engage in signing a secure, legally binding digital contract. This agreement is not only convenient but also presented in clear, plain English, ensuring transparency and a smooth start to your project journey.

STEP 5
Content
We appreciate your collaboration in this crucial phase of website development!
To ensure a polished and professional appearance, we kindly request your assistance in providing content for the site, including both text and photos.
If you don’t have any photos, or the ones you have are not good enough, we will use stock photos at no extra cost.
However, if you are unable to provide text for your website, our Business Plus package includes the services of our in-house copywriter, who will write all the text for you.
STEP 6
Develop
We kick off the project by configuring WordPress and Elementor on a temporary domain, providing you with a live view of the ongoing progress.
This approach guarantees uninterrupted service on your current website while we diligently craft the new one.
Your online presence remains seamless, and you have the opportunity to witness the transformation in real-time.
STEP 7
LAUNCH
The moment you’ve eagerly anticipated has arrived! Your brand-new site is primed and ready for launch!
We meticulously test all elements to ensure flawless functionality— from contact forms to integrations and email addresses. Speed optimization is a priority to enhance user experience and boost conversions.
Once the final 50% payment is processed, we seamlessly connect your actual domain name to your new site, and voilà! Your website is officially live!

Hosting
With every new site we craft, you receive the added benefit of complimentary fully managed hosting.
Opting to continue with our hosting service ensures a worry-free experience, as we handle essential tasks such as WordPress and plugin updates, provide personalized one-on-one support, conduct vigilant security monitoring, and execute daily backups.
